The rapper doesn’t want to raise people’s hope by letting them think that they will see his name in the South Africa Music Awards.

Seems like the award shows really want him to be part of the awards as they posted a video of his female fan pleading with Cassper Nyovest to submit his music this year.

But his response clearly stated that the awards are doing fine without him as much as he is doing fine without being part of the awards.

The entry for the SAMAs is open, and musicians are welcome to submit their body of work with to be part of the nomination process.

This will not be the first time the rapper misses the SAMAs. Seem like the mentality of boycotting award shows is growing in Mzansi, especially when it comes to the SAMAs. Seem like the mindset of boycotting award shows is growing in Mzansi, especially when it comes to the SAMAs.
