The 12th annual South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) have announced their hosts for their ceremony taking place this weekend.
South African television and radio personalities Thando Thabethe and Phat Joe are set to hold down the fort at the country’s biggest television and film awards.
All the glitz and glam will go down this Saturday, 24 March at Sun City and will be broadcast live on SABC 2.
All the red-carpet action will be brought to you live by Kuli Roberts and Rorisang Thandekiso at 19:30 before the awards begin at 20:00.
Thando, who is hosting the awards for the second consecutive year said she was honoured to be back on the SAFTA stage.
“Grateful, honored and super excited to host the SAFTAs once again...this time alongside the incredible, legendary Phat Joe...tune in this Saturday 8pm on SABC2,” she told fans.
