Mzansi’s queen of shade and all things spicy, Ntsiki Mazwai is at it again.

And this time, her daggers are aimed at local fave, Nomzamo Mbatha.

Nomzamo recently announced that she is on the August cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, which is ‘The Activism Issue”, much to a divided reaction.

Some have applauded her for the good work she has been doing with the United Nations, while some have ridiculed her for using the injustices of our society to make money and advance her own career.

Firmly in the diving seat of the criticism train is none other than the very vocal Nstiki Mazwai.

Ntsiki took to Twitter this week to laugh at Nomzamo being on the cover of a magazine issue that focuses on activism.

“Nomzamo keeps being positioned as an activist **laughing emojis* When? When has she EVER represented anything beyond her looks,” Ntsiki said.

She went on to call Nomzamo and the publication out for what she believes is an insult to people who are “real activists”.

“There are people who put themselves on the line for justice to prevail. People who have sacrificed. Real activists. There are people who are dedicated to serve and are on the ground serving the weak and vulnerable,” she went on.

She then threw shade at Nomzamo’s cover and the humanitarian work she has been doing with the United Nations in Kenya.

“Activism is a way of life – not a photoshoot/travel opportunity. Don’t disrespect the selfless souls that really give up their lives for others,” she said.

She then went on wrap up the whole thing with the most explosive tweet off all.

“We have reached a time where black people are selling black pain to white people for a quick buck,” the shade queen said.
