There’s no family like the South African fan base, who has been showing Trevor some major love following his upsetting announcement.
The comedian over the weekend announced that fans might see an end to the Daily Show.
This follows American broadcast service provider AT&T-DirectTV’s plan to drop Comedy Central with 22 other channels.
Trevor took over the reigns replacing longtime host Jon Stewart and had his big break as the host of the show.

Trevor called out AT&T customers to take a stand and help prevent the shutdown of the Emmy Award winning talk/news satire program.
However, Trevor’s announcement was met with mixed emotions, with Americans bashing the show and with South Africans standing behind Trevor.
