Zodwa Wabantu says she will not let President Robert Mugabe dim her light.
This comes just a day after Mugabe called her a disappointment while he was speaking at an interface rally attended by a over 10 000 people in Bindura on Saturday.
"I'm sorry we disappointed many men. You just come without covering your decency. What do you want? Men to see you? We don't want such," Mugabe told the crowd.
And now, speaking to TshisaLive, Zodwa has clapped back at the Zimbabwean president.
"If I get an invite to perform in Zim and there's money involved, I will gladly go. But I will perform without a panty. I won't wear a panty for Mugabe. Where does he fit in if I don't wear a panty?" she told the publication.
