RAPPER Gigi Lamayne is rumoured to have found love.
According to sources, the newly-signed Ambitiouz Entertainment star is head over heels with producer, DJ Citi Lyts.
One insider said the pair, whose hot romance began in December, had even moved in together.
And their rented flat in Midrand, Jozi, was on Ambitiouz Entertainment’s tab, the insider said.
Said the informant: “Gigi and Citi were single when they met.
“They started dating, but things became serious when Gigi was working on the Isaga Lam song by Miss Pru.”
The informant said Gigi (real name Genesis Gabriella Tina Manney) was so happy with her relationship that it was even influencing her lyrics.
Another mole said Citi (real name Sandile Mkhize) spoiled Gigi and supported everything she did.
“He showers her with flowers, is present when she performs and helps with the Gigi Lamayne foundation,” the source said.
“This is the first relationship to drive Gigi so crazy and it has her focused on her music. What keeps them together is that Citi is also a producer at Ambitiouz.”
But rumours have been doing the round that Gigi still links up with ex-boyfriend and Metro FM producer, Rashid Kay.
Insisted the source: “That’s rubbish!”
The mole was adamant that Gigi and Rashid had been close friends before they started dating.
“They remained close friends even after breaking up, there’s nothing.”
When called for comment, Gigi said: “There’s no such and I never expected that from you. Why do you want to ruin our relationship over a story? This is so unlike you. You disappoint me.”
Rashid said: “I’m no longer dating Gigi. We are over.”
DJ Citi Lyts wasn’t available for comment.
When asked to comment, Ambitiouz Entertainment Publicist Gaba Sebego said: “I can’t comment on people’s personal lives.”
