New kid on the block, Dr Fezile Mkhize has been voted the sexiest man in all the land.

The medical doctor and Top Billing presenter walked away with the title of Cosmo’s Sexiest Man 2019.

The annual competition pits the best looking men, with the most chiseled bodies in entertainment against each other in an effort to find the sexiest of them all.

The country then has the opportunity to vote for the ultimate dreamy personality.

This year’s competition saw personalities from across the spectrum competing for the title.

Fezile was up against fellow Top Billing presenter, Ryle De Morny, model, Paballo Nasius, TV personality, Dr Musa Mthombeni, social influencer, Zack Hartwanger, actor and model, Zweli Dube, and actor, Sthembiso Khoza.

But it was Fez who came out tops and was revealed as this year’s sexiest man at an exclusive pool party in Rosebank, Jozi this past weekend.

“Thank YOU! That’s all that can really be said for this one... Thank YOU to everyone who pulled through and voted and for the support... It’s all been a phenomenal experience and can’t state enough how the other oiled up fellas made it that much more fun,” said Fez.
