Television and radio personality, Bridget Masinga has opened up about the pain of losing three children before they’re even born.

The veteran presenter opened up to her fans on social media over the weekend.

In a heart breaking post, Bridget told fans that this week would mark the first anniversary of the loss of their second pregnancy.

In other words, last year this time, Bridget and her husband were dealing with having lost two children.

“We lost our second pregnancy, lost my faith and my trust and found myself in a dark place “fighting” my way back to the light. The pain never leaves, you learn to live through it,” she said.

Her post spoke about how time does not actually “heal all wounds,” you just learn to live with the pain.

“I think time only makes you get used to the wound. It makes you wake up and realize that you are one day further away from the moment your heart broke into a thousand pieces,” the post says.

In a candid Instagram post of an unknown pregnant woman earlier this year, Bridget announced that she had had her third miscarriage and expressed that she hopes to one day be blessed enough to carry to term.

“There’s something so pure about it, maybe it’s fueled by the anticipation of meeting this life that’s growing inside her or perhaps it comes from being blessed with a precious gift. I truly believe that one day, I will be blessed with the greatest love of all and one day I will post my very own baby bump but until then, I will not lose faith in the almighty nor be discouraged to stop believing in miracles and the power of true love," she said.
