ACTOR Kenneth Nkosi has been arrested.
He is being held in the cells at Central Joburg Police station.
Kenneth was arrested for the incident that happened on Friday night.
He allegedly assaulted a woman at BlackAnt Lounge in Newtown, Joburg, during his birthday celebration.
The woman spoke to Daily Sun and said that she opened a case against the actor and wanted him arrested.
Today, the actor handed himself over to the police at Joburg central.
News of the incident first broke on Twitter after the victim’s friend Puly voiced her anger, posting a photo of Kenneth with a string of angry messages.
She posted a video of a drunk-looking Kenneth lighting a cigarette while Mosidi begged him to return her phone.
She wrote in the caption: “He busted her lip, followed her to the bathroom, and beat her up some more.”
