Zodwa Wabantu is booked to host and perform in Swaziland this August, however the Eswatini League of African Churches President Bishop Samson Hlatshwayo is not happy with it.

Zodwa has hit back at the complaint by the Bishop who slammed her inclusion at the upcoming music festival that also features gospel artists.

Other artists who will perform during the festival include Babes Wodumo, Shongwe and Khuphuka, DJ Tira, Bishop Maculuve and Make Maculuve.

The man of God does not feel comfortable sharing the stage with Zodwa “We will not say anything, but the organizers should be careful. You cannot mix the gospel with worldly things,” he said according to TIMES of Swaziland.

Zodwa took to social media to respond to the Bishop,  “So I'm booked in an Event that will have a Bishop!!! Is it my Problem??? What Society/Community Feels Nawe unawakho ama Demon( you also have your demons). Let's Pray as a Nation not Judge each other. God is Love” she wrote.

Baceth Music Festival publicist Mduduzi Mabuza told TshisaLIVE that they had noted the concerns but Zodwa would remain on the line-up.
