BABES TO APPEAR IN COURT!

BABES Wodumo has been summoned to appear in court on 5 April to face a case of common assault.

The queen of gqom whose real name is Bongekile Simelane and her three co-accused including her sister Nondumiso Simelane, gqom artist Tipcee and their friend allegedly beat Nelisiwe Zondi last week.

It is alleged that they accused her of leaking a video where Babes was seen with friends watching news and discussing the assault case against Mampintsha.

Nelisiwe opened a case against the suspects in Umbilo south of Durban.

KZN police spokesman Brigadier Jay Naicker confirmed that the suspects have been asked to go.to court.

He said they were not arrested."The court has issued summonses for the suspects. They were charged and will only appear in court on 5 April 2019. As you are aware, we cannot name any of the accused as they are yet to appear in court," said Naicker.
