RAPPER Emtee’s going through a serious break-up.

And the last nail may have been hammered . . .

According to the Roll Up hitmaker’s manager, Lebo Maswanganyi, the situation has taken a dramatic turn between the star and his record label.

Lebo confirmed Emtee’s been kicked out of his luxurious home in Midrand, Jozi, which the label had rented for him.

He said Ambitiouz had repossessed the Mercedes-Benz sports car it had bought for the star (real name Mthembeni Ndevu).

Now, Mzansi’s favourite hip hopper gets around using Uber and has had to move back to the suburb of Orange Grove, Jozi, where he stayed before getting his luxurious home, Lebo said.

“We’re staying together again in Orange Grove. When he was fine he went to Midrand, but now he’s back,” said Lebo.

The latest development is allegedly the result of Emtee taking to social media and hinting he wants to leave Ambitiouz.

Emtee has complained about being treated poorly by the record label, an insider claimed.

Said the mole: “He’s been unhappy but as they were throwing money at him, he kept his cool. Until other artists (B3nchmarQ, Fifi Cooper and A-Reece) left, his eyes were opened to what was happening at Ambitiouz Entertainment.

“He really wants to be free, so he can have his creative freedom.”

Another source said Emtee wanted to behands-on at his record label, ATM, but hasn’t been allowed to do so.

“He currently makes music under his label just to pass time,” the source claimed.

“Several people want to collaborate with him, but he can’t as Ambitiouz doesn’t allow its artists to feature people outside of the label.”

The third mole said the rapper’s bookings were now handled by his fiancee.

Insisted the mole: “He’s changed his booking email on social media. When you ask a quote from him, his fiancee, Nicole Kendall ChinsamyChinsamy, responds.”

Nicole Chinsamydenied the claims and said: “I don’t take bookings for Emtee, that’s not true. Everything you’ve mentioned is not true.”

But according to an email sent to promoters wanting to book Emtee, which is in the SunTeam’s possession, Nicole asked for R50 000 and told the promoter she’d send the contract.

The email reads in part: “Upon acceptance of the fee, I’ll email the artist’s performance contract and invoice to you.”

Emtee’s manager confirmed the rapper was about to leave Ambitiouz.

Said Lebo: “He doesn’t owe the company any album. He’s trying to find a way to leave without burning bridges.”

“He’s trying to avoid being an enemy of Ambitiouz’s.”

Lebo confirmed that the rumour about collaborations is partially true, saying Emtee is only allowed to work with other famous artists.

Ambitiouz boss Kgosi Mahumapelo said: “None of this is true. The issue of the house, car and two albums are not true. He doesn’t have any manager except me, I’m the one who has the right to talk on Emtee’s behalf.”
