After casting his vote, President Cyril Ramaphosa made some several video calls to a couple of celebrities to urge them to plead with their fans to go vote.
He went to the ANC call centre office in Centurion, south of Tshwane to make those calls.
Some of the celebrities were Bonang Matheba, AKA and DJ Tira.
They all assured the president that they were going to vote but they did not state which party they were going to vote for.
Bonang who was excited to be communicating with the President, and told him that she was already at the polling stations.
