MZANSI is mourning the death of a young and talented singer Thami Shobede.
Shobede rose to fame in 2016 when he was shortlisted on the South African Idols competition.
He didn’t win the competition but became a runner up who went on to pursue a solo career.
The star died at the Kalafong Hospital in Atteridgeville on Thursday morning.
He won over Mzansi with his performances on Idols SA in 2016, Mzansi so much so that when he released his debut album he was praised by his fans.
