Springbok captain Siya Kolisi challenges men to clean.
He posted a video of himself mopping the floor and said he challenges other men to clean and cook as well.
Siya said the prize will be a signed rugby T-shirt.
He wrote: "Tag me in your house cleaning or cooking posts and you could win a signed rugby T-shirt."
