MZANSI born Trevor Noah made another appearance on a top achiever’s list, this time of the world’s highest paid stand-up comedians.
The Daily Show host is ranked fourth on the list compiled by Forbes, three spots behind film star and comedian Kevin Hart.
According to the list from the respected business magazine, the 35 year-old earned $28 million (about R430 million) from June 1, 2018, through June 1, 2019.
Forbes said that Trevor earned the bulk of his income through stand-up touring.
“Despite the demands of hosting a late-night show, Noah made more than 70 stops across the world and had his second Netflix special, Son of Patricia, and last fall. In addition, his 2016 book, born a Crime, is still ranked No. 1 on the New York Times’ bestseller list for paperback nonfiction.”
He also scored big with his Netflix special released late last year titled Son of Patricia.
In January this year it was reported that Trevor $20.5 million (R285 million) on a luxurious home in Los Angeles.
The luxury home allegedly has 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and had a listing price of $20,995,000, though according to sales agents was sold for $20.5 million.
