TV host, Masa Kekana will be hosting Sunday's episode of Carte Blanche.

Carte Blanche will pay tribute to a heroic police officer who arrested a serial rapist in Pretoria.

On Sunday’s episode, 3 October, the M-Net show will tell the story of Sergeant Catherine Tladi who arrested rapist Sello Abram Mapunya, who is serving over a thousand years in prison.

Mapunya was sentenced in May for multiple rape cases and break-ins around suburbs in Pretoria.

Announcing the episode, Carte Blanche said Tladi used her own tragedy to help restore other women’s lives.

“He is a man who spent five years terrorising women of all ages from Pretoria’s east to western suburbs.
