THE death of photographer and videographer Tshego  has sent shock waves across Mzansi.

The creative, who was known for working for brands such as Drip Footwear and show Podcast and Chill with MacG, died on Friday, 3 December.

Tshego was allegedly shot dead, and details are still sketchy. Since then, messages of condolences have been flooding in via social media.

MacGywver “MacG” Mukwevho took to social media to pay tribute.

“No words can describe how I’m feeling right now. Today we lost a real one. From everyone on the podcast network; we will miss you. May your soul rest in peace,” he wrote.

Drip Footwear founder Lekau Sehoana told Daily Sun that he was heartbroken.

“He was such an amazing person, easy to work with and always diligent in everything he does. This is a huge loss to our brand. May his friends and family find peace. His death has cut me deep because just a month ago, we lost another team member to a gunshot,” he said.

Thami said: “Rest in power Blackie. A moya wa gago o robale ka kagiso. We’ve seen your potential in the arts and culture industry. We are really hurt.”

Daily Sun reached out to Tshego’s brother, Ronnie Phalane, and he refused to give comment on the matter.
