POPULAR SABC2 soapie Muvhango left people excited on Tuesday when it shared a snippet of what would happen on the next episode.

In the video was Azwindini (Gabriel Temudzani) wearing a maid uniform while calling his wife, Susan (Maumela Mahuwa), “madam”. He was also seen cleaning and making tea for her.

The video left people interested, vowing to tune into the soapie they had stopped watching years ago.

Muvhango ended up trending on social media, with many people sharing their views.

Jabulani Macdonald tweeted: “I am definitely watching #Muvhango tonight.”

Then That Venda Girl asked: “Those who still watch Muvhango, please, what’s happening?”

Jag Is Offline said: “I know I haven’t watched standard TV in years, but nothing could have prepared me for this Muvhango clip.”

Wonder Mahlobo wrote: “The timeline is going back to watching Muvhango for the first time in five years tonight.”

In the episode, the scene was of Azwindini just dreaming. He is currently going through a divorce after he cheated on Susan with his son’s girlfriend, Gugu (Bukamina Cebekhulu).
