Linda Sibiya apparently couldn’t pay a mechanic to fix his car.

LINDA Sibiya had to say goodbye to his beloved car on Monday.

Apparently the DJ, known as Mr Magic, sent the car to a mechanic five months ago but allegedly failed to pay for his services.

The car is a Golf GTI valued at R322,100. The mechanic apparently got gatvol of waiting for his money and sold the car.

On Monday, Linda announced on Vuma FM that he was selling the car through the mechanic.

Linda wrote in Zulu on Facebook: “Many of you heard me talking on the radio about a car.

“Those who want to pay the mechanic can do so and the car will belong to you.”

The mechanic, who only identified himself as Mr Mazibuko to the SunTeam, said he sold the car for R43 000 on Monday.

However, when asked why the car was taken to him in the first place, he hung up after saying: “I think I’ve said enough to you.”

When contacted, Linda would only say: “I’m not saying anything to you.”

He hasn’t been had a good time over the last few years.

Linda was then fired from Ukhozi FM in 2013 after being accused of fraud.

In 2014 he joined Vuma FM but his contract was not renewed the following year.
