She was crowned on Saturday at St Andrews Church in Tshwane.
This is not the first time the youngster has wowed judges. In June she was crowned second princess at the Miss Little Youth Pretoria contest.
Lwandle told Daily Sun she was happy to take the crown home.
“This is beautiful and I’ll share the news with my friends who didn’t come to the event,” she said.
She said she wanted to be Miss South Africa and Miss Universe one day.
Her gogo, Excellent Malibe (77), said Lwandle is amazing and deserves the crown.
She said at home she loves talking about modelling and dresses.
