PRODUCER "Gabriel YoungStar" Masango is pleading with Mzansi to support new artists.
The artist, whose single So Good recently went double platinum within two months, said our musicians didn't get much support.
Gabriel told Daily Sun the sales from So Good were mostly from outside of Mzansi.
"About 90% of the sales from my song are from USA, France and African countries. The remaining percentage is South African, which I think isn't right that my music is doing well outside of the country, but not here. Hence I am pleading with South Africans to support up-and-coming artists, now when we're still rising, not when we've already entered the limelight. We need the support," he said.

In 2018 said he was on a mission to open up the industry. "I want to start a remix challenge for So Good. We'll allow people to remix the song the way they want and we'll choose the ones we like, put them together and release them as a project.”
He also plans to release an EP before December and hopefully, an album next year.
