The 12th annual SABC Crown Gospel awards took place last night at the Durban ICC Arena in KwaZulu Natal.
The doo was hosted by media personalities Pearl Modiadie and Khaya Mthethwa. With performances from gospel stars such as SbuNoah, Takie Ndou, High Praise Assemblies from Eswatini and Idols Season 15 runner up, Sneziey.
Jumbo and Chumani Ngojo won the big awards of the night, Best Gospel Song of the Year and Best Artist of the Year, respectively.
Some of the winners included Puleng March, Takie Ndou, Spirit of Praise 7 and Hlengiwe Mhlaba.
