KING Monada is in mourning.

The talented artist, whose real name is Khutso Kgatle from Ga-Mokgolobotho Village in Limpopo, has shared that his grandmother has passed away.

“My grandmother taught me everything except how to live without her. May your soul rest in peace,” he captioned a photo of her holding the awards he has won.

Shortly after his post, tributes started to pour in for the talented musician who was beefing with Big Zulu a few week ago.

Lipson Seoka said: “My condolences to you and your family. May her soul rest in peace.”

While Lesiba Kekana said: “Sorry, mfanaka. Sending my heartfelt condolences to the family at large, friends and relatives. You have an angel now.”

Tebogo Maboka also paid her tribute and said: “I am sorry, my king. Only God knows when the time is right for him to call one of his children. May your granny’s soul rest in internal peace.”

While Shirley Mudulu said: “Loosing someone is painful but losing a loving and caring grandma hurts. Trust me, you will never heal from this. You can only teach yourself to live without her. May she rest in internal peace.”

Kgothatso said: “So painful to lose a person who was always protective and supportive to you. She will always be with you wherever you are. Stay strong.
