Businessman DJ Sbu, whose real name is Sibusiso Leope is on a mission.

He wants to set a new world record.

The radio personality has announced on his Twitter account that he wants a new record before the end of December.

The star wrote on Twitter: “I’d like to announce that I’ll be breaking the new world record for the longest marathon for a radio music show, DJ, from 15 December to 31 December, streaming for over 200 hours non-stop.”

He owns an online based radio station called Massiv Metro.

DJ Sbu, who owns the energy drink Mo Faya, recently launched a carbonated soft drink, together with his partner Siphiwe Likhuleni.

Speaking at a press briefing to launch his venture, DJ Sbu described the journey of his Mo Faya business as “the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to do in my life”.

His hustling game has earned him respect among kasi youth, who are also on their own hustles. He uses his social media platforms to help small businesses grow by using his huge following to help promote their business ventures.
