“Thank you very much Clima Africa Awards. I would love to give honour and glory to God Almighty. Tonight is the biggest night in the music industry, of course, the gospel music industry. Thank you for the awards I received tonight and I don’t take it for granted,” she said.
“For the past decade, I’ve been a captain of the industry and I’ve walked this journey and received so much love through our fellow brothers and sisters all the way from Nigeria. It means a lot to me and my career,” she continued.
Ayanda said through the wins, she’ll pave the way for other women who want to get into the music business.
“It means that I have a responsibility to make sure that other women who are coming after me, joining the music industry see the light and see that the music business is actually a business and it needs to be treated as a business. So thank you so much and God bless you,” she said.
