RIDE ON THE NEW WINGS OF GOLD!

accreditation

RE-DESIGNED from the wheels up, the new Honda Gold Wing is sharper, more compact and lighter. It’s monumental flat six-cylinder engine now features four valves every cylinder. It has a computer-controlled “throttle by wire”, four riding modes, Honda selectable torque control and hill start assist. The new chassis features an aluminium beam frame, double-wishbone front suspension and the single-sided chain-guiding pro-arm damping is electrically adjustable, as is rear spring preload. An electric windscreen, smart key and Apple CarPlay are also standard. An entirely new, third generation of Honda’s unique dual-clutch gearbox with seven speeds is fitted.

The 2018 GL1800 Gold Wing is a new beast from the wheels up but it still has the classic flat six-cylinder engine that delivers. It is a premium tourer, loaded with features that allow two people to ride in style, but it’s also smaller, much lighter and more agile – a true rider’s motorcycle.

As happy on an urban commute as it is the open road, the Gold Wing is now a bike for all reasons, rather than just one.

Unique colour options

  • GL1800 Gold Wing – Matte Majestic Silver.
  • GL1800 Gold Wing Tour – Candy Ardent Red and Pearl Glare White
  • GL1800 Gold Wing Tour with DCT and air bag – Candy Ardent Red or Darkness Black and Darkness Black metallic
