THE FACTS

XOLANI Mazibuko of Kagiso and his brother both stayed with their father.

When their dad died they invited their dad’s brother to stay with them as they were still too young to manage the house on their own.

All was well until some years later when the uncle chased them out of the house, telling them they were not his brother’s kids and should find their dad.

They reported the incident to cops but nothing was done. They tried to take their case to court, but there’s been no progress. They wanted to know what legal recourse they had.

WHAT I DID

I contacted Scorpion Legal Protection.

SOLUTION

Xolani needs to go to the Master’s Office to find out if his late father’s estate was reported.

If the uncle was appointed as executor, he needs to apply to have him removed. Since they’re no longer minors, they may apply to be executors and evict him.

You can strike back legally too!
