THE FACTS

TSHEPISO Mosibi from Kuruman, Northern Cape said he was involved in an accident in 2009 and his Road Accident Fund claim was made by a firm of attorneys.

He said in 2014 the fund paid over R2 million, but the money went into the lawyer’s trust account. He claimed that every time he wanted to get his money the lawyers wouldn’t help him. He decided to contact the SunDefender for help.

SOLUTION

Tshepiso should provide proof that the fund paid out. He can approach the Law Society of SA and they will adjudicate on the matter. If he can afford it, he can get an advocate or attorney to issue summons to sue for the amount paid by the fund.

You can strike back legally too!
