THE FACTS
Stanley Masilela from Ivory Park, Tembisa in Ekurhuleni paid R15 000 for a service and to have an oil leak repaired at Toyota in Midrand. He drove his car home but it still had the oil leak. When he reported this, the garage refused to repair it.
He came to the SunDefender wanting his money back or the car repaired.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the dealership and they investigated the matter.
SOLUTION
Renier Erasmus, service manager at Toyota, immediately contacted Stanley who took the car back. The car was repaired and returned to the client. Stanley was very excited to have his vehicle returned in good condition.
