SOLOMON GETS HIS MONEY BACK!

accreditation

THE FACTS

SOLOMON Nyaku from Evaton in the Vaal bought a tablet at Pep Cell.

According to the agreement, he could return it within seven days if it stopped working.

After three days, Solomon noticed the tablet wasn’t charging. He returned it to the store, where the consultant checked it and confirmed it wasn’t charging and that the screen was blank.

Solomon hoped to get a new tablet but the people at the store came back to him and said that wouldn’t happen because it was physically damaged. He then wrote to the SunDefender to ask for help. WHAT I DID I spoke to Pep communications manager
Mariki Schwiebus,

who promised to investigate.

SOLUTION

Mariki confirmed that the matter has been resolved. Pep has apologised to
Solomon and
repaid him R900, the value of the tablet.
