SAMUEL'S CLAIM RESOLVED

accreditation

THE FACTS

SAMUEL Baloyi from Dobsonville, Soweto said he worked for Kyalami Security from 2007 until 2012, when the contract was terminated.

The provident fund claim forms were initially submitted to Absa. He was later advised that they would be processed by Salt, the private sector security provident fund. But he was only paid for six months and promised was the rest would be paid later.

WHAT I DID

I asked Sindiswa Pharologanyo from Salt to check if they have received his documents and if so, what was causing the delay.

SOLUTION

Sindiswa advised that the problem has been resolved. The claim will be paid this week as the tax application has been completed.
