SAMUEL'S ALREADY BEEN PAID!

accreditation

THE FACTS

SAMUEL Modikwa from Brits, North West, said he applied for his provident fund in 2014.

He claims the fund has been telling him stories whenever he has followed up with them.

WHAT I DID

I contacted the administrators of the grain industry provident fund, Sanlam, to find out why there was a delay in payment.

SOLUTION

The fund sent proof that Samuel had been paid out in full in 2015 and said no further funds were due to him.
