SAM’S PARENTS ARE STILL COVERED!

accreditation

THE FACTS

SAM Mareletse from Duduza, Nigel, Gauteng said his elderly parents, Mr and Mrs Mareletse, have had a policy with Metropolitan since 1970.

At the time the company was still called Home Trust. They want to know if the policy is still active. Sam contacted our office to ask for help regarding the problem.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to Metropolitan to investigate if the policy still exists.

SOLUTION

Marcelene de Vlam, claims consultant for Metropolitan, said this was a fully paid up policy which means no premiums are payable and both parents enjoy life cover.

They will get paid should they have a situation where they need to claim.
