Reuben Dube from Naledi, Soweto was involved in a car accident. He made his claim with the Road Accident Fund through an attorney.
The Road Accident Fund paid according to the claim, but he was not happy with the amount he received from the attorney.
He still goes for medical check-ups but doesn’t have the medical certificate.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to Boniswa Matshoba at the fund to investigate the matter.
SOLUTION
The fund contacted the client and advised they had paid the attorney according to the claim and they won’t be able to assist him further. Reuben needs to contact his attorney or the Law Society.
