MBONGENI Khumalo from Pimville, Soweto said he lost his Bargaining Council pay card in February.
He said he reported it as lost but did not receive a replacement card, and his leave money is paid into the card. He decided to come to the SunDefender to ask for help.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry to find out the reason for the delay in releasing a new card.
SOLUTION
The administrator at the council advised that the card had been sent to Mbongeni.
He should collect it at the Isando branch.
