NSIMBI NEEDS THAT AFFIDAVIT

accreditation

THE FACTS

NSIMBI Hlophe from Leondale, Germiston could not claim his provident funds because the company he worked for had been liquidated. He could not pay his accounts and the bank handed him over to debt collectors. He came to the SunDefender asking for help to notify his debtors that he was no longer working.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to Vinash Parker at DMC debt collectors, who answered Nsimbi’s questions.

SOLUTION

Vinash advised Nsimbi to submit an affidavit or a letter from his previous employer as proof that he is unemployed and they will keep it in their records.
