NOMATOLO Njokweni from Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, said she received a letter from Alexander Forbes about her dead husband’s unclaimed surplus benefits.
She said she completed the forms and was given a reference number but received nothing more. She decided to contact the SunDefender for help.

I spoke to the finance group and asked for feedback about Nomatolo’s claim.
SOLUTION
Audrey Rustin from Alexander Forbes said there was no unclaimed benefit for Nomatolo’s dead husband on the system. They have called her and explained this to her.
