I contacted Monday’s insurance company to find out the reason for payment being refused.
SOLUTION
The insurer indicated that the car was only covered for a fixed amount of R300 000.
The insurer said they could only pay out that amount.
Monday confirmed that his claim of R300 000 had been paid out.
