After 29 years of working, Maria Nepawo from Soweto took early retirement. She applied for her money from Old Mutual, but she was always told her money was not ready.

I contacted Old Mutual and asked for an investigation into Maria’s case.
They promised to do so and to provide me with an update.
SOLUTION
Renee Poole, senior administrator, investigated the matter.
After a lot of paperwork, the problem was sorted out. Maria informed the SunDefender that she received an SMS from the bank confirming a payment of R153 801.
