LUCKY Moshoti from Pretoria said his mother-in-law was involved in a serious car accident in 2009.
She instructed Maponya Attorneys to assist her with the Road Accident Fund claim.
In February this year, the fund paid out the claim to the attorneys.
The agreement was that they would take 25% as their fees and the rest would be paid to the claimant. Lucky said that since then, the attorneys have been telling them that they didn’t have the money. Lucky decided to come to the SunDefender to ask for some advice.

I spoke to the attorneys, indicating to them that they needed to pay out the money to the claimant urgently.
SOLUTION
Lucky confirmed that the attorneys had paid his mother-in-law in full.
