THE FACTS
JOSEPH Mile from Alberton, south of Joburg said he won the case against his former employer in 2015.
The Bargaining Council ruled that he should go back to work.
But when he went back he received a letter telling him he couldn’t come back to work because the company was going to appeal against the decision. The matter was taken to the Labour Court. But now he has a problem with the South African Transport and Allied Workers Union. He said he has been battling to talk to the union representative handling his case since October last year.
