ISMAIL Aboobaker from Westbury in Joburg recently went to an ATM to withdraw R500 from his Capitec account. The machine wouldn’t give him his money.
He then went to a branch to find out what was wrong but didn’t get assistance.
WHAT I DID
I contacted Capitec Bank and the matter was investigated.
SOLUTION
Ismail told SunDefender that his problem was solved and all his money was in his account.
