EMPLOYER REFUSES TO PAY NOPINKIE!

THE FACTS

NOPINKIE Ntsenge from Braamfischer in Soweto won a CCMA case against her employer in 2015 but the employer has refused to pay her the amount awarded to her.

WHAT I DID

I contacted Scorpion Legal Protection.

SOLUTION

Nopinkie was advised to complete a form so the CCMA director can certify the award and a writ of execution can be issued. After this is done, the sheriff can attach goods belonging to the employer to raise the amount owed to Nopinkie.
