DHLADHLA'S CASH IS HARD TO FIND!

THE FACTS

DHLADHLA Abram was fired from F&S Electricity after having worked there between 2002 and 2007. He said he never received payment from his provident fund. He went to the department of labour, which appointed an investigator. But he still didn’t get paid out.

SOLUTION

As 10 years have lapsed since Dhladhla was fired, it would be difficult for him to get compensation. He was advised to go to the CCMA and trace the matter using his case number. If it’s found that even his case has expired, the court may revive it. He was also given the contact details of ProBono.
