CYRIL Bhengu from Pietermaritzburg, KZN, said he entered into a sales agreement with Cook 4 Life.
He bought pots that were supposed to be delivered to him after the full amount was paid off.
He said the pots were supposed to be delivered in March, but the delivery was not made as he was away on holiday.
He was told the courier would bring the pots, but months later they still have not arrived.
He requested a refund and he was told the refund would happen within 60 days.
The 60 days went by and the refund did not come, so he wrote to the SunDefender asking for help.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to Cook 4 Life to find out what the delay was with the refund.
The company paid Cyril and sent proof of payment that he had received a full refund. Cyril confirmed this as well.
