MICHAEL Malapane from Rockville in Soweto was involved in a car accident. He lodged a claim with the Road Accident Fund but the fund failed to update him on the progress. Frustrated Michael came to the Sun- Defender asking for help.

I spoke to Boniswa Matshoba from the fund. She promised to investigate.
SOLUTION
Boniswa informed the SunDefender that the details of the claim are confidential. She added that a call centre agent would contact Michael to update him about the status of his claim.
