I spoke to Sindiswa Pharologanyo at the Private Sector Security Provident Fund.
SOLUTION
Pharologanyo confirmed that R10 648,10 was paid as partial payment on 17 March. The full benefit will become payable once the contributions have been updated, up to the time at which she left the fund.
