THE FACTS
BAFANA Zondo from Evaton, south of Joburg took his car to Gearbox Services for repairs.
He paid R10 000 for them to repair it. But while he was on his way home after collecting the car, he realised it hadn’t been properly repaired.
He went back to the dealership but was told he would have to pay more.
He refused and left without having reached an agreement.
Bafana came to the SunDefender to ask for help.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the manager, Willie Theron at the dealership, who promised to look into the matter.
SOLUTION
Bafana was asked to return the car for repairs and the work was done according to the first agreement.
Bafana has phoned the SunDefender to say his car was fixed.
He now is a very happy man!
