Here are the five techniques that may save you in a dangerous situation:
STEADY AND BREAK
Use this if an attacker grabs your hand or arm as you are trying to move away. An important detail here is not to try to break free by pulling away from the attacker, but rather to move your elbow towards the attacker's elbow, thereby breaking his grip.
